Interview – Tulum Area Real Estate Expert
In this video, Thomas Lloyd, Founder and President of the TOPMexicoRealEstate Network interviews Malu Guijosa, an expert in the Tulum real estate area. Thomas and Malu discuss some aspects of the growth of Tulum which is expected to continue a rapid pace of growth in the near future, following the success of Playa del Carmen and Cancun just north of this area.
The two also discuss some of the advantages of the Aldea Zama development, which offers luxury lots for sale, which is located on what is currently the only road to the beach. On one side of the development is a protected national park, on another side an upscale resort, and on another side the town center of Tulum.
